Hushey, Pakistani Tibet

These ar the faces from the Hushe valley, also known as the Pakistani Tibet...this is the first valley if u are descending down k-2 base camp through Ghondoghoro-La....look at these faces...these faces must be familiar to many foreighners who visit karakoram but beleive u me most of them have not even seen the bordering town of skardu...they are born here,fed here,worked here and would die here...a very simple routine...for younger poeple to work as porters and for older to see these porters and foreigners going through the muddy streets of Hushey....these faces are the witness to the hardships they seen and see to this day...but, the most interesting thing is that they are always smiling and waving their hands once u come across them....
